Have been renting from Veezed for a year now and I have only had positive experiences. I am so impressed” at a drop of a hat and within one week you had found perfect tenants to accommodate our three bedroom apartment in Watford. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with your help, guidance and service. Truly second to none.

We have been renting this apartment for 11 years now and our previous agents has twice failed to pay us the rent in time over the past 12 months causing us to be late on our mortgage payments. This is totally unacceptable especially after we discovered that the tenants had paid the agents in full, and on time.

I write with great pleasure in recommending the commendable services of VeeZed Residential. I recently bought my first property in Hatfield on a buy-to-let basis and had very little idea on how to best target the property market. I was very fortunate to come across Mr Ash Karla and the services of VeeZed Residential. Initially, I was planning to purchase some furniture for potential tenants of the property so it appears marketable. Ash sat down with me for 1 hour and told me not to buy any furniture and informed me of the ways in which he proposed to target the property market in Hatfield on my behalf.

I understood that VeeZed Residential did not focus on the Hatfield area but Ash decided to make this an exception to his policy. Ash travelled further then he normally does and visited me at my property in Hatfield. Ash then proceeded to show off his photographic skills, impersonating Mem, and took photographs around the whole house. The photos came out great and the property was up on the market to let the very next day. I found Ash to be very flexible and professional.

I was then surprised that within only one week of instructing him, he found me a very good prospective tenant. Ash also did all the background checks on this prospective tenant, and obtained a landlord and employer’s reference, which showed me that the tenant was legitimate and able to meet the rent I wanted. Ash then took the time to meet me again at my property to interview the prospective tenants. While I was in my shorts and flip flops and he was in his suit and tie, Ash interviewed the prospective tenants with humour and purposefulness, ensuring that we obtained the right tenant for the right purpose. The best part was that Ash saved me tons of money by me not buying any furniture, as these tenants already had furniture.

I have since been very happy with the tenants I currently have that I unfortunately won’t need him to manage it for me — but if I ever needed to, I would without doubt come to him first. Ash delivered a service that was beyond my expectations and he truly is an expert in lettings and management of properties. I have no doubt in recommending this fellow Kenyan to friends, family and colleagues, because VeeZed is truly a lettings agent you can trust.
